Once the session is complete, the software will completely uninstall itself. You will be able to see everything the technician is doing to your machine.

Concerned about Security?
The software used here creates a "tunnel" between you and the technician. There is no confidential information transmitted by either computer. All data being transferred between the computers is compressed. A hacker would need knowledge of when the session was happening, have access to the stream of data and then know how to decode the compressed stream before they would finally be able to see the session. This would be very difficult.
