owned and operated you will receive
not only the best service available
but your clients will usually have the
same technician show up for each service
call. Each Franchise owner has been
interviewed and personally trained by
the founder of CMOA. Most owners have
been in the IT industry for many years
and decided to become self-employed
rather than continue to work in a corporate
environment.
Our Franchises share a
central Knowledge Base and Forum where
they can discuss and share their knowledge
of your products. This puts less of
a burden on your in house support staff.
We will of course work with your support
staff to resolve any issues.
